The Joker or Lex Luthor

There have been Batman vs Superman polls before but none about their main enemys. Their nr first villain. Their main nemesises. Two enigmatic character whom in different ways fights their Superheroic counterpart with all means messeserry. The cold, intellect and caluculative Machiavellian approach by Lex Luthor, who battles a nigh-invulerable Superman with the only way possible with incredible intellegance sn psycoparhic means
Ot the Joker the mad, Psychotic and chaos incarnate villain of the dark knight.

The Joker is probably one of the greatest villains of all time so my vote goes to him.

Lex Luthor, as played by Gene Hackman.   The Joker, as played by Jack Nicholson.  All the rest can take a number.

The Joker, of course.

^I feel the same way. Jack was a better Joker all-around and imho truer to the comic books...then again the Burton flicks were like that (also voted for the Joker in this poll btw).
The fact that Heath died shortly after the film effectively conjured up a ‘James Dean-like’ wave of appreciation. He was good too...just not Jack Nicholson good imo.

Tim Burton's first Batman was the first movie I watched at the cinema.

I was possibly the smallest person -9 years old probably- in the cinema, and I was sitting in the very front row (as I didn't know it is better to be in the near middle).

Oh boy, how scared I was. The movie theatre was a dark, decorated, antique and huge building with a very tall ceiling. It added to the freaky atmosphere. [Even its name is Efes Sineması (Ephesus Movie Theatre).]

So Jack Nicholson's "The Joker" was an appalling trauma for me. He was in my nightmares possibly everyday for a year.

As a fan of Skeletor of MOTU, such obscene psychopathy and evil was too much for me then.

Never been thrilled by Heath's "The Joker". It was convincing and all, yet a typical outcast psychopath.

Nicholson's Batman was like non-human. Even the last scene was suspicious. It was "The Joker" right? Something supernatural could have happened.

Also as a villain sympathizer, that "The Joker" is probably the only villain towards whom I felt sheer antipathy.

Michael Keaton was my hero, as you can guess.

It's all good. I like having options. I'm looking forward to seeing Matt Reeves' Batman film. I hope we see villains who have yet to appear on the silver screen.
