I can't even see this as being anything close to a legitimate contest.
Nothing anywhere in the Queen catalog can touch even a middling Who album, let alone quad. |

Queen II is probably my favourite album from them but Quadrophenia is an all-time great.

Well...I think Quad and Tommy for that matter are better than anything Queen ever did but I'm a Who fan and never thought that much of Queen.
