Beau Dommage - Ou Est Passée La Noce?
Uzva - Uoma Love Machine - Circles (Didn't entice me too much, but I could definitely hear some leads very reminiscent of the longer Allman Brothers or Charlie Daniels jams) Genesis - Trespass Kraan - Kraan Solaris - Martian Chronicles Art Zoyd - Symphonie Pour Le Jour Ou Bruleront Les Cités Van Halen - Van Halen Van Halen - Fair Warning Van Halen - Balance Arco Iris - Sudamerica O El Regreso A La Aurora Strunz & Farah - Frontera

Great one indeed. I'm wondering, have you heard the re-recorded version of the album they did in 2015 on Palepolitana? I was quite surprised how much I enjoyed it despite the slicker, cleaner sound; I'm usually not one to enjoy it when artists polish up their earlier material. David Jackson also covers woodwind duties, so the quality there is assured.

NO WAY! I didn't know about that! Definitely need to check this one out, though I'm not a fan of re-polished (I'm Polish, though, hehe) material, either. In case of Palepoli, I feel it captures a certain point in time and a very distinctive spirit. But if you say it's good, I need to check it out. Thanks a ton for the heads-up! |

^^ I'd definitely advise giving it a listen online before buying, though. Only problem is that I can't find anywhere that streams it anymore. I found the whole thing on spotify once, but it seems to have been taken down.

^Indeed, it is hard to find. I'll look for it. There seems to be one place where you can download the whole album in FLAC and MP3 for 4$, maybe not the worst deal. I've listened to a short preview on one website and it seemed neat. I'll look into it. Also, nice list there!

Guys, do you know, to my eternal shame, I don't even have a copy of `Palepoli'! I've got several of the Osanna ones on either side of it, but not THE classic.... I'm going to be buying it in the next few days though! Edited by Aussie-Byrd-Brother - August 27 2017 at 05:12 |
