Classical music isn't dead, it's more alive than it's ever been. It's just not on MTV.

My favorite Soundgarden song, actually. Both the studio and acoustic versions are equally great. Helped me get through some depressing times years ago, ironically.

Oh man, what a good day listening-wise.
Hatfield and the North - Hatfield and the North Oh my, this album feels like coming back home. It's just such healthy music. This one triggers veeeeery strong emotions in me. Love returning to this one. John Coltrane - A Love Supreme Another one like that Hatfield and the North album, except I don't have that strong of a bond with it. Still, very special to me. When I heard the opening of "Acknowledgement" today morning, it felt like a gentle touch of wind. The Piano Choir - Handscapes Very interesting. I think it's three or four keyboards working together, just with a tiny bit of help from some non-drum percussion, to create a very odd, positively bombastic, even a bit cosmic jazz spectacle. Very good! Edited by ALotOfBottle - May 20 2017 at 13:53 |

^ I had the CD for weeks and only listened to it yesterday. My work is tiny compared to others (especially the never-ending title track).

Small steps and all, mate, and a fine contribution anyway! Besides, an ambient piece like the one you appeared on called for a subtle light touch, and that's exactly what you delivered perfectly!
But you stepped up and increased the length for your own disc, so let's hope for good news very soon in regards to that! |

^ Thanks! I didn't think there was much to add to the original song, I recorded several different guitar tracks throughout the song to give it more structure.
Yeah, I hope so. If not I'll release it myself.

I did survive! And enjoyed it. It's hard to pick a favorite track, though! |
