Thanks to whomever mentioned that 'Dino Valenti' album.....somehow I missed that one in the old days and it made me want to listen to some Quicksilver and I listened to 'Get Together' which he also wrote.
Ahh...what memories of the old times.

I don't think this forum will ever have any good or positive vibes.
thanks Andy
Moosehead... Apparently in the other thread, N420 said you were a buddy ("my bud" he said). This forum has plenty of good vibes, and its share of bad vibes... but the ratio is favourable.

This forum is like a meeting of best friends compared to some I've been on which descend into actual abuse and threats, but they're not music forums. People tend not to get quite so upset about music as they do about certain other things..

Alright I'll bang a few out there....
Pretzel Logic Meddle Atom Heart Mother Tapestry If you want blood, you've got it Song Remains the Same Most Stones albums Dreamboat Annie Little Queen Yes Album Veedon Fleece AutoAmerican Tom Tom Club Stop Making Sense Blood Sugar Sex Magic Tragic Kingdom Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness Tea for the Tillerman Crosby Still and Nash Wake of the Flood Volunteers Double Nickels on the Dime Live Rust Brother Where You Bound Love Over Gold Fontanelle Songs in the Attic The Long Run Hunkpapa Rubycon In Den Garten Pharaos Living in the Past Illusion Hergest Ridge Low Spark And of course the best one.....Vespers (by Voice of Eye)
Sorry, I was thinking I was in General music while I typed this....so a lot of non prog. I though about nixing the post but what the hell....
I never preferred the more obviously psych-ey albums by bands when I was partying. The really trippy weird albums I usually preferred when sober. When partying I liked dynamic albums with a lot of energy or mellow albums as my mood went.
...that moment you realize you like "Mob Rules" better than "Heaven and Hell"

Drugs are for sheep. If you feel the need to take a chemical(made by a scum bag) up your nose or wherever so you can hallucinate then you might as well listen to dance music and get 20 tattoos. That's as un PROG as it gets

All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.
