Van der Graaf Generator's music reminds me of dried corned beef.

The Residents were never the Beatles under disguise.
They were Parliament/Funkadelic under disguise.

The best drug to accompany psychedelic rock jams and Grateful Dead live albums? Dulcolax.

Don't call death metal grunts "Cookie Monster vocals" or black metal shriekings "Donald Duck taken by the balls" - unless you're ready to talk about "Kermit vocals", "Miss Piggy vocals" or "Ronald Reagan vocals".

Roger Waters has decided to retire from music and devote his attention to writing children's books with uplifting messages.

to take the place of the mud shark in your mythology...

The album, In the Court of Crimson King, would have been better as a backing track for a porno film.

If you play Close to the Edge backwards, it sounds exactly the same as it did forwards

Nicki Minaj to collaberate with Opeth. Says Åkerfeldt: " We are big fans of hers and it would be an honor to work with the person who inspired us for our most recent album, Pale Communion." In other news, Nicki Minaj is practising her death growls.
There is no dark side in the moon, really... Matter of fact, it's all dark...

^ Hey, don't joke about chicks and Death Growls - beauties do exist
Former Kajagoogoo bassist has been voted 'Bassist of the year' in Prog magazine........oh........ that's true..........well, he would've been voted the Bassist of the year even back with his Limahl-fronted ensemble.........because he was ......and that's NOT outrageous.......
........but this is - former Black-Eyed Peas singer Fergie is said to be joining a re-vamped line-up of Renaissance and is to take the celebrated Scheherezade epic to new heights.

Suggestion: Dream Theater for Progressive Metal.

Mellotrons or Yamaha sequencers? Why not both?

Boycott King Crimson, Fripp and any DGM-related projects. A musician trying to get control over his/her music and forbidding bootleg videos is to be shamed.
I mean, come on, how can we review music without listening to badly ripped audio files on YouTube?

Have you heard Rebbeca Black's new prog rock suite Friday? It's about 20 minutes long with drum beats in 9/8 and 17/10. Listen to it, it has to be the most amazing song ever written.
