Nah he shouldn't. Gaga has her fans. This IS the general music section, people should be allowed to talk about whatever they like.
I meant that HE (Equality 747-242) should tell ME to stop listening to the music I like, not the contrary. He can even listen to 2 Unlimited or Eiffel 65, I wouldn't care.

I don't mind Ms. Germanotta's music, even if her hardcore fanbase is annoying as hell. That's usually the case with pop singers who are more artistic than usual but not at Björk or Kate Bush levels of intellectualism. (see also Lana del Rey, Faye Wong etc.)

The only real problem I find with Lady Gaga (other than not being the biggest fan of her music), is that she builds her image to make herself seem really avant-garde, and her music is just not avant-garde.
I am currently digging:
Hawkwind, Rare Bird, Gong, Tangerine Dream, Khan, Iron Butterfly, and all things canterbury and hard-psych. I also love jazz!

Like I always say, if Gaga sounded like she dressed she'd be a darker and sleazier take on Björk.
