No, not sure what the issue is. Probably something to do with the fact that MGM owns the rights to the recordings. A deal was made with RYKO back in the 90s, that's why that CD version exists, but they haven't done so with Universal, although the movie got re-released recently. The number '13' is reserved on the UMe reissues catalog, all the UMe reissues have a release number on each album's spine, so I guess they plan on releasing it sooner or later.

If you don't have 200 Motels and want to own a copy of the CD, you'll have to drop a little extra dough for it.
