That would certainly make a lot of collabs life easier. 
However, even though I voted for symph, a prog rock site that doesn't have Genesis and Yes would be a tad silly.

No... it has real impact on actual life. A team of PA members will be dispatched to traverse the globe and ensure that all bands in the least popular genres are disbanded immediately & permanently... by any means necessary.
UPDATE: For each successful disbanding, Rick Wakeman has promised to release a new album, but has refused to guarantee their quality.

I’m actually shocked and confused to see Symphonic Prog right up amongst the highest voted. I mean, I simply figured that there would be endless love and support for….you know - many of the bands/artists that actually helped shape the progressive genre itself! 
As much as I don't agree with it, I'm not surprised to see both RIO/Zuehl up there, only because both of those styles can definitely be difficult for newcomers to approach or get into. Both can be intimidating and off-putting, but are well worth the perseverance when you discover something good!

The Symph category does contain some fine bands, but at the same time, the symph sub is also filled with bands that give a bad taste in the mouths of a lot of listeners, including myself. Anyways, the "progressive" sound that symph has helped shape (ie TFK), as illustrated by a few comments above me, is one of which many listeners have grown tired, whereas some of the prog that such listeners enjoy that is currently being released, is influenced by bands from other subgenres sometimes even excluding symphonic. tl;dr A lot of people are appreciative, but tired of symph, and find more consistence and quality in other subgenres.

Symph was pretty much my favourite category in PA at a time before I joined, but I mostly stopped looking for music described primarily as Symphonic Prog., I do think that it's probably grown rather stale for various people, and when it comes to modern music, for me it's one of the weakest categories (not that I've sought out a lot of modern music from it since I've heard enough that I disliked, but some that I do really like like Kotebel, Karda Esta, and Anglagard.. I would also suspect, though, that some have voted for it strategically since it is a "big gun: and therefore perceived as a threat to people's particular favourites. I did vote for Symph in the end -- Arachnoid as well as some other Frenchies are pretty damned good, though, as are symphish ones listed as RPI.

I'm a real Zeuhl-noob, but I can confirm that Weidorje is great!
I've also heard Magma's debut (the only Zeuhl album I actually own), and I like that one very much as well, but after that my knowledge of the sub-genre is fairly limited. I enjoyed all the tracks posted in this thread though, so it's fair to say my Zeuhl-exploring will continue.

Its a joke (ish) I don't see what makes it distinctive as a genre. But, I haven't really made an effort to listen to much of it either so I shouldn't vote really - but it looks like this round is more or less complete anyway.
