I don't think I'd heard of them before. I have only a passing interest in doom, but I like a lot of what I've heard.

I just like deep bassy sounds, as well as songs that develop slowly and gradually. A few years ago I got my first taste of this music when I bought a Sunn 0))) album (Monoliths and Dimensions). The deep dark hum of very low amplified guitars really feels nice to my ears.
