If you're so inclined, give the Tinseltown Rebellion version a try...I just listened to them back to back and it's night and day. The studio version is really rough around the edges and is horribly engineered. The live version is much more polished, with better musicianship and vocals...and besides, it segues into the brilliant "Peaches III" ("Let's hear it for another great Italian, Alvin Lee")... It's the age old Zappa fanatics argument, original-Mothers vs FZ-and-his-hired-hands

What the hey, maybe I will give the Tinseltown Rebellion version a try. By the way, by Alvin Lee, do you mean the guitarist from "Ten Years After"?

Could all you Pink Floyd fanatics stop this!!!
And start talking about Genesis, the greatest band of all!
Foxtrot is way underrated!
It should be number one on the top 100!

Yup, that Alvin Lee...it's in a section where FZ gives a "Let's hear it for..." list of his "favourite Italians" (Conlan Noncarrow, Al Dimiola, Warren Cuccurullo, and of course Alvin Lee) and after FZ says it, Warren let's fly a 5 second rip off of Alvin's famous Woodstock "Going Home" lead...yup, there's nothing like some live Zappa to cheer up your day

I'm more interested in why Mystical Mike and Memory Cube are posting from the same location yet seem to fail to acknowledge that they know each other.

No thank you, but thank you. I think I need some time to recover from my wounds. I've been trolled enough...I've learned not to be beaten down with one's moronic experience.

Thanks for your contribution! Not only do you recognize the general direction of the forum, but you have defined it with an example.
