Barclay James Harvest - Barclay James Harvest (1970)    3.21 | 98 ratings

It isn't  flawless (no BJH album is in my opinion), but it has three very great songs (out of 7)  which makes it worth 4.

The Gathering - Always (1992)   2.43 | 37 ratings

It sounds a bit unpolished, but the music is genuine. I find three very good songs there. Its rating should go up +1 at least

Saga – Images At Twilight  (1980) 3.04 | 98 ratings

Oh no....what can I say. It should go up at least +1. I would say 4.5..

Saga – Behaviour  (1985)   3.12 | 72 ratings

At least the rating doesn't indicate that it is dismissed as forgettable pop rubbish. And there is a very big difference between this and the album that followed (which had 2 good songs though). But I would say 5...which makes it quite underrated.

Their first albums up until -85 are all very underrated.

Camel - The Single Factor (1982)  2.59 | 235 ratings

So many ratings, how can they be wrong? Well,it's easy to be mistaken. My initial reaction was that I didn't take it too seriously, but then I started liking it more and more, I had to confess that I really liked the pop songs, and the album has a very nice sound. But there are more atmospheric stuff as well, so it's a nice mixture of extroverted , energetic pop and more introverted atmospheric instrumental stuff. Camel's pop oriented songs is very uplifting, and there's a lot of feeling in it. They haven't lost their soul here, not at all. Maybe this is the most underrated album...rated below 3.

Oh yes, the Aerosol Grey Machine. It isn't a masterpiece, but it's great!

I think a lot of Neo-prog is very underrated.

Although, I probably have to say one of my top favorite albums that is very underrated is Moonshine by Collage.

Absolute masterpieces in different ways.

I love the Renaissance album 'Camera Camera' - now that's quality Prog from 1981 - hardly anyone notices it, and those that do..................... Another excellent album is Rick Wakeman's 'Silent Nights' - top-notch crossover album if there ever was one.

Camel's debut album never seems to get a lot of attention (compared to Mirage or Moonmadness). Its a really good album IMO.

I would say Relayer and Going For The One but they seem to be rated pretty good on here. Tormato has some really good moments, though its not as strong of an album as first two mentioned.

Rush's synth period (1982-1987) seems to get more hate than it should. Signals and Grace Under Pressure are my two favorite albums by them.

The 1976-1980 period of Genesis seems to get dismissed quite a lot but they did a lot of great stuff then, too. And despite its rated good,  Nursery Cryme doesn't seem to get a lot of attention, compared to Selling England or Foxtrot or Lamb. NC definitely one of my fav Genesis albums.
