Pierre, I heard that Tortilla Flat one a few years back and remember it being quite good! Might have to look into it, I'm pretty sure Greg Walker/Syn-phonic got either a CD or vinyl reissue of it in stock a while back? :)

If anyone has watched Henry Cow footage, notice how Chris Cutler drums ............ - I've never seen anyone drum like that !!! And he's bloody marvellous........
He's self-taught and took a fairly unorthodox approach to drumming - but the result is marvelous indeed.
I got it !! Cutler drums like Tinkerbell on meth . He is quite incredible - unorthodox music requires unorthodox behaviour

I wonder what kind of organ Tim Hodgkinson plays ???
To answer my own question - it appears to be a Farfisa Compact Duo, but he heavily manipulates its sounds so it's totally unique. Trivial for sure, but I like to know these things (must be OCD........)

Michael, for me the best Kevin's album is the best of : Really !
This is the compilation that did it for me. Such a wonderful intro. It was the second Ayers I ever bought (Bananamour was the first, which was good but not great). It's better than any of his individual albums, and is one of my desert island discs! It benefits especially from having some key singles which didn't appear on albums.
