Yeah, I didnt wanna admit it but they really have nothing outside Von Miller and Elvis Dumervil. What happened to DJ Williams? ah, suspended Joe Mays? Where is Denver? Well, looks doubtful they'd fare well against the Pats...The Texans really needa show up tomm! I am surprised though, Denver has a great o line and the Ravens D is kinda no name but they've brought big pressure.

Gah san fran down already! Ya know what, I've said it all season and I maintain it: Alex Smith was a more than solid QB (though not great) and really got screwed. Kaepernick may have more upside but is less consistent. Hope he proves me wrong, I really want Green Bay to lose :(

And you guys all wondered why I'm so low on Peyton all the time. I may not believe in god but I certainly believe in satan after that game. Flacco makes two of the worst decisions possible with the game on the line and one idiot safety lets him off the hook then Peyton chokes, as always. 2012-13 Ravens now the worst team to ever make an AFC Championship game. The AFC is awful.

Post season Peyton woes continue...my gut feeling when they got the ball on the 5 yard line was that Peyton would make the mistake, he did.

That was a surprising outcome. Welp, perhaps a Har-Bowl is in our future.

Well, there's few, if any, other QBs Id rather have than Peyton, and thanks to MoM's truly insane levels of Raven hatred losing to them is like losing to a HS team....but they brought alot of pressure on him. What can ya do? We aren't all lucky enough to have a big ben...usually pressure on a QB = unraveling.
Defense really was to blame IMO, I dont think Flacco and co are bad but all those big plays! And 38 points? Thats unacceptable. Ah well, just someone...anyone beat the Pats. Don't let em walk into another SB you AFC bums.
Speaking of no defense yikes....Niners got nothing for Rodgers. Its tough but cmon, if my Gmen's pathetic D could do it San Fran should be able to kill em

^ Agree, the defensive backs were awful, not to mention a lack of a good pass rush. I was wanting Peyton to succeed as I like his work ethic and study of the game. Just odd how something always seems to happen to his team in post season, its just not as easy as one may think to always win in the playoffs.

Lol @ MOM exploding.
Well...0-2 for me thus far this weekend. Seems about right. Hell of a game that first one though. Made up for the lackluster 2nd.

Kaepernick was simply spectacular (well Green Bay's defense sucks)
I don't believe Falcons or Sea hawks have a chance with SF

The lack of D was a little upsetting, but it was Rodgers...in terms of talent I have no issue saying he's the best QB in the league so it is forgivable. I still think Alex Smith got kinda screwed, and he was more than just solid...but gotta say this Kaepernick has the arm and leg, and it appears also the brain...which may be most important. A talented QB with no smarts will never win. Impressive.
Also, Peyton did have a bye week again. His SB win was when he actually had to play throughout. We all know he's VERY detail and rhythm oriented. It's no excuse, but the time off may mess with him a bit. Also he had quite a few crappy teams at Indy, that would never have even made it to the playoffs without him. Denver is a very good team though, maybe he flopped but what can ya say? The Ravens are rallying for their boy and maybe playing harder than normal.
That's quite right AEP! It is hard, and that's why we have playoffs...if we wanted to reward teams based on records, stats and this and that and they played X, lost to Y we might as well have a BCS system! Any team can beat anyone so bring your A game in the playoffs or else.

Excited about tomorrow's games! And speaking of post season flops....tons of pressure on the Falcons. If Ryan and co lose again he may take Peyton's mantle.

It's impressive to see he's the second best runner of the team
Today he had 181 yards, a record for an NFL QB.

Holy sh*t! What a garbage missed call! Decker damn near tackled before the ball gets there and it results in the Ravens getting a TD. This awful team better not get to another championship game. |
And Yes, a Ravens win! A lot of people were counting them out including me, but they never gave up in this game, and another lost for Payton in the playoff!

Still no credit for the Ravens. They score 38 points and that's attributed to Denver's lack of D?No mention of Flacco's great arm or accuracy or the Ravens WR's consistently beating the Broncs secondary?A banged up,patched together Ravens D filled with aging veterans or untested backups stopped the vaunted Broncos offense.
Well, get used to it.If we didn't have those 2 stupid breakdowns on a kickoff and punt return the score would have been even lower for the Broncos. And Flacco outplayed Brady last year and we were one dropped pass and a missed kick away from the SB so I'm not worrying about the Pats.

Yes, no credit for the Ravens. Peyton looked like Peyton has always looked in the playoffs, Moreno was gouging their sh*tty D until he got hurt, Flacco threw one pretty ball deep to Smith and then made two moronic plays with the game on the line (running instead of throwing it away with seconds ticking down, then throwing up an absolute punt to the Denver safety who just happened to turn into the dumbest man in america, at the moment) but got let off the hook, and the only points that can really argue for taking away (your team is only in this position as a result of a punt return against the Steelers, don't forget) from either team would be the TD Baltimore got as a direct result of one of the most blatant pass interferences you'll ever see going uncalled.

Don't you remember the thrashing the Seahawks gave SF not long ago? If the Seahawks can beat Atlanta today they can beat SF also.
