Of these three, Nachos are the only real "impulse food" in the US (i.e. feeding a craving).  Kebabs and sushi require a bit more forethought and planning, and I don't know of any "fast" kebab or sushi places.

My favorite of the three is sushi, definitely a special occasion treat for my wife and me.

Puebla’s Take on the Taco

Monday, May 17th, 2010

Pork is carved off the spit at Al Jalifa. The taco árabe, or “Arab-style taco,” is perhaps the most popular fast food in Puebla. Introduced in 1933, the Middle Eastern take on the tortilla-as-delivery system features sliced, spit-roasted pork wrapped in pita-style flatbread. Diners then typically add salt, lime juice, and salsa to taste. “To come to Puebla and not eat a taco árabe — a dish that’s reached its silver anniversary — is like missing out on mole or a cemita,” the magazine La Intoleranciasays in a 2008 cover story on the subject. In other words, skipping the experience would be a sacrilege.

Shwarmas and kebabs are great.  We have a few "Mediterranean" style places that serve that kind of thing, but it's not exactly common.   I love it though.

Then you might prefer Rudolph kebab.  The glowing red from the nose helps the drunk guide the meat to the mouth.  Tongue
Trust me. I know what I'm doing.

Yeah! I'm a big Firesign fan, but I don't recognize that bit. Where's it from?

I've thought about starting a thread dedicated to trading Firesign quotes (an activity I call Firesign Tennis), but I have a feeling it wouldn't go far.

When I was looking down the pictures in Christoffer's OP I was going:

Kebab - looks good, can be tasty but often not,
Sushi - looks good, often tasty
Nachos - doesn't look so good, but very tasty
Walrus & Sophie Rundle - wtf?!?!?! Confused
What?

Personally:

Kebab - prefer a mixed donner to the one pictured, ie, kebab meat + tandoori chicken (caveat - illegal to eat whilst sober),

Sushi - Only just got into sushi & that's via the supermarket ready to eat versions; soooo tasty, must try the real thing one day

Nachos - looks like someone sneezed on it

Walrus & Sophie Rundle - what the heck? I'm an adventurous eater (is Sophie Rundle a garnish or a side dish? )
