King Crimson, but only because personal taste. All three are great. Add Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd and ELP, and you have my all time favorite bands.

This is how I voted but it is a tie for first place for me---2 very different types of prog----both equally amazing. Yes a bit more adventurous musically.

I'm tempted to vote King Crimson just because they weren't on the last poll, but then I would be lying.  Besides, define "greatest."  Geek
Who is the greatest of the three, greatest meaning who has everything music, lyrics, concepts, players, instruments.
I reject this definition.
I think there are lots of good concepts in King Crimson's music: 21st Century Schizoid man is a great concept for a song, as is Starless and Bible Black, Thela Hun Ginjeet, The Power to Believe (in its multiple parts), along with many others.  Almost any song has a concept to it, so they are automatically included in the albums.  Of course this argument applies to both Yes and Genesis.
The world of sound is certainly capable of infinite variety and, were our sense developed, of infinite extensions. -- George Santayana, "The Sense of Beauty"

Nobody can beat Genesis (in the PG days) except for Gentle Giant. Having four masterpieces in a row is very tough.

Genesis and Yes achieved the highest heights, Yes kept it going longer (at those heights), but Crimson kept reinventing itself in ways to always push the envelope, always keep things new and unexpected. So, I find myself unable to vote for one with absolute conviction.

I find it funny that you put Yes at the bottom and make a joke referencing one of their bad albums from the 80's, yet still are content to have Genesis at number 2.
