Same thing happened to me, so I just blocked the URL of the image and everything runs smoothly.

A word about helmets:

When I say "negate" a critical hit, I mean that ordinarily if someone rolls a natural 20, then he gets double the damage for that hit.  But if the recipient of that hit is wearing a helmet, he has a chance to make that regular damage instead of double.  It doesn't eliminate the blow fully- it just makes it normal damage.

Also, I meant for the helmet's success rate to be 40%, not 50%. Embarrassed

Ian, in light of this, if you want a refund, I will buy the helmet back from you for full price as long as it is unused (tag still on it, no stains, esp. blood etc.)

Sorry for any confusion.

Critical hits are so rare, that I wanted the the helmet to be slightly less than 50%, but wound up typing 50% anyway.  I meant it to be 7 gold, 40%.  But correcting my mistake now was not fair to you, so I wanted to give you the option to get your money back if you wished.

I will say this though- toward the end of a match, a critical hit often means the difference between a dead warrior and one who lives to fight another day.

Yes, 1:1 is a return that matches your bet.  If you want to calculate bets go here:

Note that the return box includes your original wager (subtract your original wager to determine the winnings).  For the purposes of this game, round up or down since I only use whole numbers.
