No no no, Dean.

For example - by so called gospel by so called evangelist John Jesus  saith unto Thomas: "Because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed"

I say something totally different. Fripp exists. Frippism is not proper religion, because Fripp normally exist.

You can believe or no, but it is not important.   Why it is not important? Because! Simply because it is not so important for me or you. Because frippism is not presleysm!

I actually had a dream where Fripp came down from the heavens. He then, in the dream, sued me for having him in my dream without permission.

Your Fripp is fantasy only, you liar! Real Fripp is not in dream, he is real.

There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it. He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness was under his feet. And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind. He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies. At the brightness that was before him his thick clouds passed, hail stones and coals of fire.

Look - the Fripp scriptures say He lives in Bredonborough. This is a mythical place you cannot find on a map or with Google Earth (go on - try it) - it is a fictional place inhabited by fictional people - The Fripp and his consort The Minx and their manservant rabbit The WillyFred who looks after The Fripp when The Minx is in The Canterbury (which we all know is not a real subgenre of music but a "scene" - where "scene" is defined as "The place where an incident in real life or fiction occurs or occurred") - are all mythical imaginary beings of the Bredonborough. Have you never wondered why no one is "allowed" to photograph The Fripp on stage? The reason for this is simple and obvious - The Fripp is a holographic projection - it cannot be photographed because the camera flash destroys the illusion - did you not get the "clue" from his solo album ... Exposure?

You must distinguish between mythical Fripp and Fripp as historical person. If you want to know real Fripp, forget http://www.dgmlive.com/ or frippism's dreams. Ask to me, if you want to know true about him. And true about him is, that he normally exists, but it is not important, because frippism is not proper religion, because Fripp normally exists.

How about the church of grammar - teaches as a basic tenet the difference between 'What' and 'Which'

What you see is an animatronic construct  built by Henri Maillardet in the 1800s and operated by the Wizard of Oz (known as Frank), this is why the automaton Fripp is always seated while playing, the chair conceals the intricate system of levers and pulleys that the Oz and his team of Frippateers need to operate The Fripp - again The League of Crafty Guitarists was a hidden clue that alludes to this. This was replaced later by the holographic projection I mentioned before - this change-over from mechanical automaton to hologram occured at the turn of the 21st century - this we know by The ConstruKction of Light.

The Fripp as a myth is the creation of The Sinfield (an alias if ever there was one - that alone is clue enough that the Field of Sin is not to be trusted), while it is a commonly known fact that The Sinfield invented the King Crimson fewer know he also created The Fripp, but as he said himself in his magnum opus of 1981

"I've got a friend who comes to tea
And no one else can see but me
He came today, but had to go
To visit you
You'll never know"

You are true, frippism is not proper religion, because Fripp normally exists.

I agree with you.

what I'm getting out of this frippism discussion is that you're all antisemitic.
Fripp obviously exists in everything and everywhere and I'm the great priest who gets the big church thingie and the gold.

Ah, a noobie re incarnated it Cry

Sighs

I made this because there have been 9001 threads on PA about religion, all of which suck.
So I made this one to determine once for all the best one.
It's a stupid joke.

Also I did it because I knew despite it's obvious silliness, people would take it too seriously.
So im an a****le, basically.

Yes, there are indeed however one isn't really scary.
The LeVay school just says Satan is a metaphor, and that it's ok to be hedonistic, selfish, individualistic etc
Basically, be a total dick.

That's not scary, just dickish!

The other one is kind of scary, and the one person I ever encountered who was a "true" satanist ended up committing suicide.
My christian friends of course figure he was tainted with the darkness, or something...I figured he had issues and was open to the idea of Satanism because of said issues, but that is why he took his life.
Maybe both feed off each other?
I have no damn clue

It's what a sizable majority of the world practices in contrary to what they preach. LaVay just put it in writing.

Very true.
I think it's an extremely safe bet to say the most followed religion is LeVayan Satanism! People don't even know it!

I've always liked Agnosticism. Makes alot of sense. I'm not one, though, I've always belived in some sort of God controlling the universe. I think this is all too amazing and complex to happen by accident

Actually, that is more or less what I say.
I'm glad to hear it too because people  can't wrap their head around "we cant know" . While you can gather all the evidence you need ultimately, it is a decision made on faith. Atheists ALWAYS always think I'm trolling, (I guess since they cant grasp it) but I still say Atheism is a choice made on faith.

Because while I certainly do understand why someone can say there's no god, no one knows that and it's impossible to know.

Then I get laughed at usually, people tend to find it silly. Confused I guess no matter what you believe it's important to believe in something and this middle ground IDC mentality is weird.

Anywho, I still swing between Deist and Atheist, so I have no idea.
You said...best not to bother ourselves with it.
