It's not just you, Dean. I was watching a Points of View equivalent on BBC News and someone said the exact same thing. The female BBC announcer was even interviewed about why she says it. LOL

Not as far as I'm aware - it think it's "that" to introduce the defining clause and "which" for any subsequent ones.

And last but not least, everyone who uses internet abbreviations in person. "ell-oh-ell" "bee-are-bee" "bee-tee-doubleyoo." I have a cousin who does this.

Here's two more.

"I could care less"

What does that even mean? Don't you mean you couldn't care less?

"Pitch-red, pitch-white, pitch- blue etc."

PITCH IS BLACK! NO OTHER COLOUR!
