If you look for absrud humour, then you don't have to look futher then to the Disney movie - Emperors New Groove that film had a bounderybraking humour which at least in that format are origenal,

There is nothing too br00tal or weird for me. :P I'm kinda drunk right now though, so I can't tell if I like it or not. Also, the singer's headpiece is the greatest thing I've ever seen on anyone's head.

ther is just so many layers in a Disney movies which transparenc when you see it in an older age, especially in the renessianse movies from the Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Poccahontas, Hunchback in Notre Dame (one of my favourites, even if it takes liberties which are not in the book), Hercules, Mulan (wonderfull movie with a great message), and Tarzan there is just so many underlaying detales you don't see as a kid. this shows that Disney is pros and that they found a way to pressent important topics without becoming lecturing or overly pedagogical, a disney movie of the 90s ar unbeliveably complex yet subtle in it's presentation
my recent favourite is Atlantis - the last Empire (a thorougly underrated movie which deserves much more praise then it gets, it's 3D graphics are wonderfull, and the plot is realy cool, but the second was BAAAD
