Luke, did you see my post about Agalloch yesterday?
Portal was another group we want to ask to our show in April.
No I didn't. o.o
Our local prog/metal group hosts a local show with some experimental/avant-garde/metal bands each year. Last year we got Sleepytime Gorilla Museum to play, and this year there's a very good chance we can get Agalloch.
The other bands we're planning on asking are Enslaved, Portal, Kayo Dot, and possibly some local bands too.

LOL, iTunes says Portal is Indie Rock!
You hipster.
iTunes called Jaga Jazzist Dance.
I am not.
Jaga Jazzist are a band I can really see myself liking, I need to look into them more.
Jaga Jazzist is lovely. I've got their latest two, which both have a very magical sound. They're one of the few bands with an overall "happy" sound that I really love (there I'm talking about their latest mostly).
Also, the gig of theirs I visited probably was my favourite so far. They were so passionate on stage and I had constant shivers the first three songs they played or so.
