Apparently the technique is twist, lick, dunk - twist them apart, lick off the vanilla cream and then dunk the biscuits in the bin.
What?

I am not sure if it has been already mentioned, but don't you think, if no one in the past ever smoked weed, we would not have that wonderful music, especially of the late 60ies and 70ies, about we are talking in PA...?

I reckon LSD played a bigger part in that. The Beatles, Moody Blues, The Doors, Floyd et al..were all users.

That said, the likes of Zappa never did, so who knows for sure?

... Said Zappa. But frankly, would you believe a man with a beard / moustache combo like his? (Never trust a man with a silly moustache)

Recreational drugs should neither be glorified or demonized.  For me this is the crux of why we have problems with them.

Subject:  marijuana stigma

Bart, the main reason pot is viscerally hated is that it is entwined with the
'Hippie" peace movement and they commited the unpardonable sin. They were right.

The War was proven a waste and Nixon was proven a crook.
Liberals of that time (we) can NEVER be forgiven.
Hell, the guilty are already trying to re-write the failures of Iraq and Afghanistan.
 Jim

They hate Clinton for "dodging" that war.
They hate Gore for serving in that war.

They hate Kerry for taking shrapnel in that war.

They hate, hate, hate everyone, involved or not, but REAL
draft-dodgers like Bush & Cheney get a pass, of course.

Send e-mail to Bart

***Disclaimer, I am not the same Bart.

You know what's really funny about the hysteria regarding pot in this country is that at one time it was regarded as turning people into crazy violent homicidal maniacs.  Then it was criticized for making people too passive.  Nothing worse than passive crazy violent homicidal maniacs.

Yeah except it actually does make most people passive. The violent maniacs thing was just hysteria though, that's true.

Possibly crack or cocaine. Congressmen do have a higher rate of cocaine-related drug use per capta than the rest of the population.

I'm sorry no points or cash for that answer.  We're talking the 1930's in the case of this country.  Tobacco was the smoking drug of choice back then. LOL

Trivia: one of our slang terms for marijuana is wacky tobaccy. Tongue

Up untill the general drug prohibition (alcohol and other stuff) of the 20's, cocaine was sold on pharmacies as some kind of tonic. Confused Maybe they just had too much tonic, right? LOL
