Hi June, the Shred is almost empty, so between napping and jogging I'd suggest the latter, it's healthier.

Erm, just a pop-in for now. I am going to start contributing to my wonderful math rock team that missed me so much again (it's just me, that's the joke) but I don't know how much time I'll have for shreddin'.

College killed it, but this summer I've been walking as much as possible and started jogging more so.
Eventually I'll even get back into the gym. Dont care to be ripped, but I need to lose this belly Cry

Napkins
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

Lay off the beer and the chocolate chip cookies Wink

Lose it all you may... the problem with guys (well, everyone, I'm sure), once you find a stable girl, it's all downhill again Shocked Unless you meet a special someone who likes to jog too. Life's a bitch.

What's a koozie?
it's one of those insulators that wraps around your beer to keep it cool.

Wow... who drinks beer slowly enough to need that?

Anyway, Journey To The Centre Of The Earth is done... so off to jog I go.

Have a great afternoon, guys!

Hi guys.

Chris, I've been recently discovering and getting real big into bands like Don Cab and DMST.  Can you give me some more excellent math rock recommendations?

EDIT: My roommate watches Jersey Shore religiously Dead
Funny thing, he's a bit weird around girls.  Like, it makes me look normal.

I like it when people are addicted to shows like Jersey Shore and The Hills. We shredders have much more of a life compared to them.
