Fender Jagstang, forget the Cobain influence, it sounds gnarly.

Also, I'm getting real close to just selling my acoustic and getting an electric.

Yeah, that is a journey only you can make.
I'm fine with my cheap Ibanez (decent still for its price) and sh*tty but heavy line 6 amp.
If I ever get good I'll want better equipment, but it suits its purpose right now.

I've always had a soft spot for Telecasters for some strange reason.

Its all good man. Really, its the vessel.
YOU are the music

I should sleep sometime soon. My computer light is casting a shadow of my ceiling fan. When I look at the shadow of the blades they keep growing. Even when I stop and rub my eyes....

The tele is Toby's main axe

The new 'road worn' models look f**king horrible though.

Maybe its my metal roots.
The Fender start and tele are quite fine, but meh
I need the metal edge!

Ibanez has it, but not too over the top (BR Rich lol)

Standard Tele's play like a dream and are usually around 800$ here (or about 400-500$ used) although I have no idea what the prices would be like in NZ. Great axes though.
