Probably, but there are much important problems with the way we're governed to worry about first.

You are quite a fine person, and I am very fond of you. But you are only quite a little fellow, in a wide world, after all.

Well the votes are pretty conclusive and not rigged, most stoners wouldn't find this thread again. And if they did would be surprised or freaked out to see " YOU HAVE ALREADY VOTED IN THIS POLL"
.
I stopped smoking cigarettes years ago, and weed many many years ago before that, but either one when you do give up, your sense of smell becomes acutely tuned again. I go for long walks at night and often smell the weed wafting over suburbia's walls. Very pleasant nostalgic moment and glad to be a passer by , not a partaker.
To quote the Stones...." what a drag it is getting old"

It would be interesting to see how many people voting "yes" are not smokers, otherwise the yes result doesn't mean much. It'd be like asking NAMBLA members to vote on whether pedophilia should be legalised.

Instead of making stupid comparisons, why don't you give us some good reasons for being against legalization? I have yet to hear any.

But don't believe in me
Don't believe in me
Don't believe in me

Agreed. I know for a fact a lot of people (IRL not just this lil site ) are fine with it and don't partake. Even conservatives I've known while saying "not my thing" have said they dont see it as a big deal. Even adults my parents age have said "they dont really care". Country is more accepting of it then people may think, or at least more apathetic about it. And yes, would be nice to here some opinions on the other side. A debate is no fun if we all agree

Drugs of any type are not good for you. I think M causes a lot of damage to smokers and especially with todays stronger forms. i still don't think it should be illegal as it makes it more glamourous to people when it's illegal. Education is most important then you takes your choice. I never liked it mind so I'm biased.

Weed is not good for you. But we really dont know if its any bad Obviously bad for your lungs, its smoke...and I do believe over a long time there may be some damage it causes. But I dont think its nearly as much as ciggs or alcohol.

Maybe we could make a more interesting poll out of this.
