Not all Americans are tubs-of-lard. I actually weigh a pitiful 120 pounds, and I'm five feet 11 inches. (for you Metric guys out there, that's, er, 1.524 meters and 4.331 centimeters; 120 pounds [not the money kind!] is 54.431 kilograms)

Man, do I love that unit converter my dad downloaded!

I weighed about 54 kilos too when I was your age,you impertinent little whippersnapper!

People kept telling me I had to eat more because I was so painfully thin. It's very often the way when you're young. You can cram all manner of junk food in you and never gain a pound/kilo but then,usually sometime in your 20's,you realise that parts of you that shouldn't, have certainly started protruding alarmingly and you step on the scales and like many,many before you utter the immortal words: "These scales must be faulty!" But alas no,they are dead accurate and you have then been initiated into true adulthood: Commencing the war against the waistline spread which you are tragically,and irrevocably,destined to lose. It awaits you in the future,Penguin....WHOA-HA-HA-HA!!

It's kinda nice to be able to say I weigh less than as two "penguins"

just one question...what the heck is a "stone"...how much is it in real weight?

I could probably look it up quickly on the web, but my fingers are tired from chasing VC and RL all over this forum

A stone is 14 pounds.Hence 140 pounds =ten stones. I've never had the need to work it out any further! Wink

Well I did put 15-20 lbs on after I quit smoking but I think that was just filling out to where I supposed to. But if I lived in country that considered squid a snack food I am sure I would lose it in no time.

Myth #1: I'm not fat. I'm big boned.
A: Not true!! Based on height, most bones are the same size. And most of the fat people i know are midgets. And even if you were big boned, why does your arm jiggle like that when you are waving??

A: NOt true!!! There is actually less of you to love. Your fat deposits are hideous and repulsive, and therefore disgusting. There is, however, more of you to beat up for no other reason than your obesity and lack of effort to curb your unhealthy appetite.

Myth #3: Beauty is a state of mind.
A: Also not true. Beauty is a state of physical health and attraction.Conversely, being grossly overweight makes you unattractive.

Myth #4: Wearing makeup will make you more beautiful.
A: Again not true. It will, however, it will make you more colorful.

Myth #5: They're laughing with me, not at me.
A: I don't know where you get this. This is definitely not true. I have laughed at many fat people during my life. How can you not laugh? So. They are laughing at you. And so am I. Ha ha.

Myth #6: Wearing a purple sweat suit makes you look less repulsive.
A: I can't help but laugh at this one. This is not true. Wearing purple will only make you look like a giant grape.
