Ohh....you kids and you're fancy technology. And I never knew the name, but yeah...those things are f*cking annoying With that info I'd have to change my vote to don't like I mean whatever you wanna do at the game but f*ck those things. Too penetrating. And according to google.....hearing loss? Sometimes permanent? Nah...dont think so Edited by JJLehto - June 15 2010 at 01:47 |

If you find the vuvuzela too penetrating you may be using it incorrectly.

Maybe that's the real reason why the French team had such difficulty sleeping.

I neither love it nor hate it. My suggestion would be that Australia licks the heels of Onkel Sepp and gets the first available World Championship (maybe 2018, on which the Netherlands and Belgium are so keen) in return. They'll didge the vuvuzela out of our memory!

From what I read in the newspapers, I guess the French team's sleeping problems have more to do with the case of the underage prostitute Zahia than anything loosely related to soccer. |

It's not worse than free jazz or the most avant-garde RIO band... So, I would expect a lot of "yes" on a prog rock forum.

Easily my favourite thing about the world cup. Mind you, I couldn't give a toss about football so they don't have a lot of competition...

Wait, what? As long as they don't decide to ban Venezuela or Zawinul (RIP)... |

Hate them. Why can't they simply use them occasionally, when something interesting happens in the game?
