Ha you said "meh"

EEEEEEMOOOOOOOOO

*cough* anyway...

I really didn't enjoy 12 at all. The battle system was well off and the characters didn't really do anything for me, no depth really. Just an opinion though. They won't be able to top 7 no matter how hard they try.

Don't know how far I am in Heavy Rain but I just finished a 5 and a half hour block of playing.
Truly amazing.

I recommend it, and its very obscure predecessor Indigo Prophecy.
Awesome stuff

I just beat it as a matter of fact!

Great game. Was expecting something crazy and still took me by surprise.

Big smile

Spoiler text in white:

What was your ending?
Mine was:
Ethan alive and with Madison
Madison rescued Shaun.
Jayden overdosed.

I did kill the religious guy. That was one holy sh*t moment.

Can't wait to replay it again.

@KoS, highlight for my ending:

Scott falls into a trash compacter after a fight with Jayden
Jayden is on a talk show
Ethan lives and buys a house with Madison and lives happily ever after

I'm gonna try to play it in a nice evil fashion next, as I usually do with somewhat moral games.

I bought Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic the other day so I've been playing that.

I also have The Witcher and the Dragon Age Origins expansion Awakening.

Not enough hours in the day though...

It's a bit slow going...

Plus due to the age of the game, I'm a bit underwhelmed with the graphics (it's a BioWare game and there are better looking graphic games from 2003).  I think it's because it was an X-Box game as well (I'm playing the PC version).

The first one's a great game... the second was clearly a bit too easy and a bit too rushed towards the end... I never felt the storylines actually unfolded by the time I finished the damn thing, so it didn't quite match up to the excellent dialogue and characters.

Yep, LucasArts told Obsidian (I think that's who made the sequel) that they wanted the game earlier, or something, so they had to rush and finish it.  Hence the rushed feel and the bad ending.

However, I've been told the story is darker and that appeals to some people more.

KotOR is fine game, played both parts and because I like Star Wars universe, I was pleased. Depicts atmosphere quite well.

The atmosphere is something, you'll enjoy here a lot :-)

There's a point where "avant-garde" and "experimental" becomes "terrible" and "pointless,"

The best non aim-down-sight shooter, still. Now with insane good frame rate and cleaner graphics.

Much less irritating than MOD2.

Done all of those already. DA:O:A is pretty short.

Yeah, Chris Avellone, lead developer of KOTOR2, outright admitted that the game had to be cut short due to time constraints. That's pretty common for Black Isle / Obsidian games, unfortunately, but they also have a tendency to at least start a good story. Hopefully Alpha Protocol actually gets finished with its army of delays.

Except for the grenades. Seriously, you can go through the entire game just picking up the legions of grenades your adversaries toss at you and throwing them back.
Hail Eris!
