^I reinstalled Oblivion about 3 days ago, absolutely awesome game. Still holds the same charm from when I got it about 4 years ago

Yeah had the demo on XBOX. Same people made this game Heavy Rain (which my bro and all my friends have been RAVING about) so I picked up Indigo Prophecy for $7 on Amazon. Awesome game. |

I'm replaying the STALKER series at the moment. Reminds me of how awesome (and buggy) it is.

Oblivion is a great game. I played it through so it just does not hold the same feeling for me anymore. But there was a 2 year period I played it every day.
Now my roommate, has had the game for like 5 years and still can play for hours on end. Did everything like 7 times through and still in love with it. My quest to be buy all my oldies I enjoyed is almost done. I bought the original "Ghost Recon" for XBOX today. Good game. |

It's not a great game (Oblivion). *sigh*
Ah well, I guess people like no atmosphere, terrible voice acting, rinse and repeat quests and the same uninspiring landscapes. As I said somewhere else, the best part for me was the intro (although I didn't make it much further than that -- I did join the Warriors guild and was going to bother getting the Stronghold (which I do have) but just lost complete interest to even bother doing that. So it looks lovely sitting on your horse looking at the Imperial City... I get that. But where's the gameplay?! |

In the pats week, I've played a bunch of different games (normally, I go a week and play none):
(Specifically, Half Life 2) (Love how they did this game) and lastly.. Didn't realise how much I had played until I made this post actually...wow. XD

Just been playing this for the past few hours, and I can safely say I'm proud to be a nerd. I don't care. It's the best game series ever created, and this one doesn't fall short at all. |

All I see is a red X Alex.
Playing Final Fantasy XIII since yesterday afternoon, very good game but VII and XII are definitely better. |

^ the only proper answer is "after six and before twelve is lots of pretty, dated FMV and fail".
edit: though even ffvii had towns... Edited by Man Overboard - March 10 2010 at 23:00 |

Huh? You mean in the picture? It's FFXIII I agree about 7, but I thought 12 was really really really whack. |

Meh, I've only played VII, VIII, X, XII and now XIII, and they're all good (well, maybe not X), but XII is brilliant.
And I'm always right.

Is there even a release date for that game yet? I feel like I've been waiting forever for it.

I'm probably going to get FFXIII over the next few days, it looks great from what I've seen.
Heavy Rain is fantastic, has to be one of the most thrilling games I've played, as nerdy as that sounds |
