Oh you people and your communications with people of the opposite sex I do wonder about such things, I've read they exist but I believe this to be a work of fiction

Women aren't that hard to talk to. In fact, the more attractive they are, the more I want to talk to them. And the more I do.
You nerds just fail at female relationships is all. :P

you say this as if you're telling me something new then again I'm not in a situation where I can really meet people of either sex and the whole friend thing takes precedence, so trying to work on that

How can you not meet people of the other sex? I can do that just by going to school and work.
Works fine too. Unless you're an unemployed hermit.

The more attractive they are, the more I want to/do talk to them, but also the more quickly they generally seem to be put off by my unusual sense of humor.

Are there other human beings at this community college? I just talk to people I meet in classes and it kind of goes from there.

Am I weird that I love Fred Frith (or at least the one song I've heard by him) more than Henry Cow? |
It's just my opinion but Henry Cow is waaaay better than Firth's solo stuff. But your opinion is what matters |
Well, the song I heard by Fred Frith was "No Birds." Considering that I love ambient music, this track clicked with me immediately and was love at first listen. |
Frith's solo work is great. Guitar Solos is still an impressive album.

His solo stuff is on my list of material to check out, as is Sun Ra's stuff. I kind of want to start off with Strange Strings even though it's supposedly the most "out there" of his albums.
