Shock sites aren't illegal, though. I think intent should also count, but it would be very difficult to prove intent so we're stuck with medusa laws.

I know shock sites are legal, but it doesn't mean I want to see them.

Also, having to register as a sex offender for that? Again, not enough info., but isn't that essentially a sentence to being a lifelong outcast?

There's no way you can catch a posession charge and not also get sex offender registry as well. And yes, being on the sex offender registry is terrible. We don't prevent murderers from living near people, yet pedophiles are sub-human so who gives a sh*t about them. There are a lot of things that make me feel righteous anger, but the fact that everybody's brain shuts off when they hear the word pedophile drives me insane.

The law feels too black and white. Being put on the same list that people who make CP are on just for urinating in public? Both people are stupid, but I can't imagine giving them the same punishment.

That is why today when I played Sigur Ros, I didn't mention the fact that Jonsi is gay. I know a few people who stopped watching Ellen Degeneres just because she's gay.

I know it's intolerant of me to say that, but it's just instinctually hilarious to me when somebody has a voice that makes youtube commenters say "HE SOUNDS GAY" actually is gay. And I wouldn't really have a problem with his voice if he weren't singing the same phrase for f**king all of (). I didn't even listen to Aegetis because of that.

I thought it was funny too. He doesn't sing the same thing over and over in Agaetis, he only does that a little on one track.

I just joined a mailing list on his website and was allowed to download a track from his upcoming solo album. I kind of like it. although it's a bit poppy, it's the kind that I can tolerate.
