The Decemberists- The Hazards of Love
maudlin of the Well- Part the Second
Il Castello di Atlante- Capitolo 7- Tra Le Antiche Mu

The fourth album that has a real shot at collecting five stars from me for 2009 is Pictorial Wand's Face of Our Fathers.

Part the Second sounds like a really good idea right now. I'll probably re-download it because I lost the files.

Is it really worth waiting an extra hour and a half just to hear the flac version? I will be using a pair of $20 stereophones from my pc.

A long time ago, I read a thread where MikeEnRegalia and oliverstoned were having a debate about audiophiles. oliverstoned was a big believer in the mystical audiophile nonsense like heavily shielded power cords for your turntable, but the reason I still remember this is because when Mike challenged him to do a listening test between a high quality MP3 and the original, he claimed he could hear the difference between a CD and a burned copy of it.
