Ok here we go.  The show takes an incredibly unexpected turn.  While working on a patient or whatever he does anymore, House stumbles.  He feels something brush past his leg, looks down, and finds that he's slipping through the floor.  Obviously the good doctor isn't very pleased about this.  He tries to cry out to everyone around him, but it's as if they can't hear a word he's saying, as if he doesn't even exist.  He continues sinking through the floor, slowly, until finally his entire body has passed through.  He looks around, finds himself in a prehistoric rainforest.  The only problem is, there's no animal or insect life.  He's completely and totally alone.  After we see him attempt to survive on his own for a while, the next episode ends with a cliffhanger...literally!
