I have this album by them. It's pretty good. Some symphonic rock with tons of jazz and improvisations. Mmmmmmmmmm Approve

Sounds like some good stuff, I'll have to try them out! Thumbs Up

You can check anything from the 74 Live to Memento from, except a small gap of unbelievably weaker stuff in two albums (Jerzyk and Amiga).

I think the Live, Nowy Horyzont and Follow My Dream are the best.

Neve heard of S.S.B., but they sound pretty interesting.  As I am trying to get into more "out-there" works, I certainly can't go wrong with Symphonic and a little bit of experimentation.

Sur tant de mers, tant de planchers,
Un marin mort,
Il dormira

I would keep listening to it, but I want to listen to Night Castle and The Lamb tonight.

I love it. It's different from other Gabriel-era Genesis, it feels more urban, if you know what I mean. The songs are shorter and more "poppy", but in a good way. Worth a listen, even if you aren't a Genesis fan. The story is absolutely confusing though; like I've said before, it made more sense to me after I took a narcotic. LOL It doesn't detract from the music, in fact the vocals are some of my favorites.

Sounds good, I always love myself a good rock opera (whether the story makes perfect sense or not).

I probably should have gotten the Lamb when I still loved Genesis, but there were too many comparisons to The Wall, which I think is awful, for me to go for it. And of course now I don't even want to.

The free jazz station started with In A Sentimental Mood by Coltrane and then a song from Empyrean Isles. :|

The Wall is nothing like The Lamb. For one, I don't feel like skipping half of The Lamb.

"The Lamb" is my favorite Genesis album, and of course you know what my favorite album by my favorite band means...  I love the concept, probably the only rock opera with a storyline that I actually consider worthy of a work of art on it's own.  Everyone should listen to it, although if you don't really like Symphonic Prog, I guess it's safe to skip.

Listening to Godspeed You! Black Emperor right now.  Really good, I'm starting to love Post-Rock.
