Ahh, I became a Riverside fan last night. Previously I only liked them a lot, but the gig was so great I jumped up a level.

I just got this weird idea about selling my thrash-, prog- & power metal albums, and instead indulge in classic rock, hard rock, grunge, prog & jazz(fusion).
It would feel like "cleaning up" my collection... But what if i get in a metal mood?

Am i crazy?

Yes, never sell albums, you might want to buy them back at some point.

It would get me a fair bit of money to spend on other CD's Tongue
I'm a bit unsure... I've already sold some of my Death albums (that i barely played anyway) and i don't regret that.
Hm... I've moved them to the bottom shelf of my collection while i think this over.

Well, I've sold a couple of Korn and Papa Roach albums and never regretted, but for a long time I've been meaning to buy back a couple of Apulanta albums I sold when I was short on cash and I absolutely needed to get all Metallica there is. Many times I've thanked myself for not selling the Green Day albums as I almost did during that same time.

Right now I've got a couple of useless albums in my collection but the day may come when I feel like listening to them again, so...

Anthrax - Among the Living
Helloween - Master of the Rings
Dark Angel - Time does not Heal

But as i said, they're on the bottom shelf until i've decided Wacko

I'm not a big metal fan, but Genghis Tron is actually pretty good.

When David told me they mixed electronic music and metal to equal degrees, that piqued my interest.

You should try them. Influences include death metal, IDM, new wave, trip-hop, and grindcore.

They have a ton of pretty dull songs, but if you're patient, you can find some great songs in their discography!
