SoZ is Obsidian but Mysteries of Westgate isn't. That's made by Ossian Studios which is run by Alan Miranda. If you look him up, you'll see he was a member of the BG II team.

Seemed a bit confusing at first, but I'm beginning to get a hang of it. The 2D graphics are really refreshing. |

I've been playing The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker on and off over the past week. Fun game but the sailing wears me out after playing it for an extended period.

I play Rock Band with my friends, as well as Team Fortress 2 and Diablo 2. Other than those three, I haven't been playing much of anything.

I have to admit....I was weary about Madden 10. But EA actually put some effort into this one.
Its pretty realistic feeling and they fixed a few of my beefs Im enjoying it thus far |

The sailing is alternately fun when I want to relax, to annoying when I want to hurry up. Lately I have been playing a game that is free to download called Syobon Action. It is a parody of Super Mario Bros. where almost everything is a booby-trap. It's hilarious until you die 200 times trying to beat it. It is probably the most sadistic game I have ever played. This link is a direct link to the .zip of the game. |

Wow, I can't believe I missed this thread! I'm a freakin' gamer nerd!
Right now I've been playing a lot of Bully and Call of Duty: World at War on 360. |

I am a big fan of Rockstar games and played Bully a lot on the PS2.We have the scholarship edition for the 360 and I think they did a great job. After playing the PS2 version for a long time I especially dug the improved graphics on the 360.
Right now I am playing the DLC for Grand Theft Auto IV titled The Lost And The Damned.Best DLC ever,it's almost like a stand alone game. Also anxiously waiting for the next DLC for GTAIV that;s coming later in the year called The Ballad Of Gay Tony.

I still never got GTA IV. I have all of the installments prior to that, but I never got around to it.
I love Rockstar's games as well. I don't love Manhunt that much, but most of their other games create a perfect blend of action, story, and the sense of an RPG. Dammit, now I have to go play GTA III after talking about it! |

My son just dug up GTA III this weekend and started playing a new game.
I am a big San Andreas fan and played it for like a year straight when it came out.(100%,something that is hard to accomplish in SA,imo).I haven't played it for ages and saw it on the XBOX Live marketplace recently and downloaded the game.Been playing it off and on for a couple of weeks and it made me realize how much I loved and missed that game.

Was not a fan of GTA IV. The guy @ Game Stop was honestly dumbfounded when I brought it back in...what can I say I just could not get into it. Didn't do it for me....VERY disappointing since I am a huge fan.
Besides GTA 3 is STILL my favorite. |

What do you think of the REALLY early GTA games. I picked up the first recently for PS One, and while it's completely different, it's actually pretty fun.

Honestly, I never played 1 or 2. Looked like fun though
But 3 was, and still is my favorite. VC was amazing, and San Andreas was pretty good. Just did not like IV though Edited by JJLehto - August 16 2009 at 21:34 |

1 and 2 aren't in third person but are more like a drop down view. It's also far more simplistic.

Yeah I've seen it before. The overhead view is a little strange, and of course the graphics are quite lacking (though I really dont care about that usually) the difference from 2 to 3 is pretty staggering.
They look fun, but I'm not to upset I never played them. |
