I can actually do this but I see no reason to, as I'm not into that sort of thing. (If you can do this, don't. For some reason it will make your wrist hurt like hell.)
I thought the prog meNtal section was pretty accurate though

I can do it fairly easily with my left hand, though slightly less so on the right hand.
