You are quite a fine person, and I am very fond of you. But you are only quite a little fellow, in a wide world, after all.

How about a Canterbury Tales Scene genre? Featuring artists Jeff Chowser, The Yeomen, and The Pricks of Conscience.

I don't want to be a grumpy partybreaker, but I would prefer much more an article on Wikipedia.
There are 435 Wikipedia links to some ProgArchives page as a reference point, but no article about the site itself.

I think it would be the best to do it by some collab (or a group of colabs) who were on the site from the very beginnings. However, I would like to contribute!

If it's written well, and according to wikipedia's guidelines, then I imagine that it would not be deleted (incidentally, there are problems with the rateyourmusic page regarding lack of references etc. and could be subject to deletion as it stands).

The "hype" really doesn't matter.
Wikipedia should be neutral, and a set of articles about relevant things in any activity/observation of/by human kind.
There's no reason why should I write an article about my old grandmother, but let's say she invented a new technique in design of upholstery recognized by the public, in that case there's no reason why an article shouldn't be there.
ProgArchives are doing one of the most important roles in "encyclopedizing" all things related to progressive rock on a significant platform of human knowledge and communication, known as Internet community - so hell yeah, we deserve an article, and very good one at that!

The 2006 PA article was poor, and didn't seem neutral, as I recall. It didn't tell one that much about PA. They do have certain standards even though a lot of very poor articles are on there (though many don't get reported, and the complainers may have their biases as well as the supporters).
