Hey Swalter! Welcome to the progarchives forums! I'm actually (somewhat) pretty new here too, and I'm from Oklahoma, and I'm 15 years old.

Now we'll need your info. Give it up!

(and just as a warning, you better change your avatar from the candle flame. there's this old guy named Peter Rideout on these forums who has the same one, and we don't want any confusion. earlier this month a new guy had the same avatar as Rideout, and he changed his now (by the way, the "new guy" aforementioned is Prog Rocker...) so change it before Rideout catches you!)

Beware the one with the crimson flame, he likes to be the only of his kind!

Thanks penguindf12,

I just made a little diddy on "Photoshop", don't want to be confused with anyone else. I'm 45 and teach Graphic Arts. Been listening to music for a long long time. Hope to have fun here and not freak anyone out! Music is a way of life for me. I collect vintage synths also. Play drums etc!!

later,

Swalter

SOLID!! gdub411

I enjoy a good banter! Glad to hear it!

Hope to hear from the forum again.................been awhile. When forums and chat was new it was fun, but "people are strange" so I gave it up. This is my first foray into a new forum in about 3 or 4 years, and I'd much rather just talk about music.

Later on!

S

To be honest "bent" isnt a particularly friendly euphemism for homosexual, as no doubt someone will inform you. However I use it good naturedly and dont intend any REAL offence. Now if I'd said "donut-puncher or "rump ranger" that would be a different matter!Wink

I will probably be cast out and you guys will make me hand over my copy of "Yes-Fragile" in shame, but I am an Underground Disco DJ. I play obscure Disco,House and Ambient music. I play sounds like Obscure Underground Disco,Chicago House,Detroit Techno,Philly Soul,Boogie Down Bronx Hip Hop(nothing after 1985),Italo,IDM,Hague Robot music or anything with a semi-syncopated beat. I can't stand anything on pop radio like Averil Levigne or J-Lo. I am really into anything good,I am very open minded. Peace.

There's good music in any genre - trouble is, if you listen to the radio, you only get to hear the bad bits.
