I'm mostly a pistachio fan - while also digging hazelnuts.

I voted Brazil Nuts.  You guys are nuts for not voting Brazil Nuts (see what I did there?).

Anyway, I could almost as easily voted pistachio.

I voted Pistachio although they are all so great. There are so many different for each of the nuts that it's hard to choose.
I have this one friend who always has a big tin of mixed nuts in his pantry. There's always a mad dash to find all the cashews from everyone but me. I don't understand their appeal. They're ok alone, but unless they are in an oriental dish, they aren't anything special.
Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal.

Cashews are great, either alone or in a meal (cashew chicken comes to mind).  Pistachios run a close second.  So I voted for Cashews, but then again there's nothing like a well-made pecan pie.
Can you tell me where we're headin'?
Lincoln County Road or Armageddon.

Pistache !

Love General MacCauley's comment at Bastogne, when asked by the SS to surrender. His answer "NUTS!"  . Not quite the munching kind, BTW!
I never post anything anywhere without doing more than basic research, often in depth.

The peanut. Nothing like shelling peanuts while sitting in the stands on a hot summers day watching a ball game.

Technically, the peanut is not a nut but a legume.  Geek
I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

Macadamia, Aussie pride. Don't salt them though, ruins 'em, make good white chocolate.
