^I liked your The Wall review, and agree much of it, though I find the 'concept' to be BRILLIANT, while the music is decent(good, but nothing superb for Floyd). I don't listen to the album anymore, I just can't, I prefer to watch the movie, I think the movie is much better as a whole, while The Wall IMO is just a soundtrack of a complicated(without watching) concept/rock opera.
Not sure what I would rate it or a masterpiece because of the concept or a 3 star balanced music and concept rating...

I actually have yet to see the movie.Embarrassed I've tried really hard over the years and even before I knew what progressive rock was to like this album, but for some reason, I can only take it in small doses from time to time. Oh well, to each his own I guess.
