@Uwe: It's okay, I saw the difference back then. If I'm not wrong, the difference was around 250 bands or more between the id count and the actual bands present in the Archives. Wow, 250 wrong additions is a lot.

last ID = 4191so there are exactly 219 bands/artists which have been deleted in the meanwhile - for what reason ever - that's a lot, you're right!

Don't drink and drive, you might hit a bump and spill your drink. Also, always wear a seatbelt. It makes it harder for aliens to suck you out of your car.

I've still got a good 9 hours left before New Year, and I can't wait. Nothing like spending NYE playing poker and numerous drinking games with your closest friends in my opinion. Happy New Year everyone. Speaking of which, what is everyone doing tonight?

Micky and I (who yesterday celebrated our first week of marriage ) will be spending the evening at home, just the two of us, enjoying a nice meal prepared by myself. In the best Italian tradition, we will have lentils, which are said to bring luck and prosperity in the new year (something we all need) - though I haven't be able to find cotechino, so we'll eat them with a nice kielbasa sausage. I can also foresee the consumption of vast quantities of sparkling wine .

Looking back, a lot happened in 2008. Most notably graduating high school and starting college, but there have been a lot of crazy things happening too, mostly good, but some bad. Here's to 2009 being even more exciting and, hopefully, promising with the Bush administration ending.

19:25 here.
Unfortunately the new year does not start well in Thailand. Every year things like that happen in a certain part of the world during the reveillon - lack of safety and greed take precious lives everywhere.
Anyway, I still hope that 2009 can be better than 2008, 2007, 2006...

^ wow! 6 hours less than Argentina! At 1 pm I was sleeping.....hehe, I didn't enjoy this last day of 2008, yesterday I had a friend's birthday, and we stayed all night playing Ping-Pong, Football-Tennis and we jumped through house to house with 2 friends of mine just to get some bloody cigarretes for them, still it was "jolly fun, they say"(The Web?). Slept from 1 pm to 6: 30 pm, damn and I'm still tired! AS you may notice, I'm just writing cause I'm bored and want some topic to chat with my fellow proggers
