Guitarist here, but I also do the keys, bass, mandolin, and vocals on my own recordings.

I can keep a straight 4 or a waltz on drums, but other than that, I'm no good behind the kit.

Keys here, though I do a smattering on other instruments.  I was kind of surprised that you could only vote for one instrument on this poll.

Do you listen to anything with Mani Neumeier on it? Your drumming on that improv reminds me somewhat of him. Which is good.

Far too little. I've listened to some Guru Guru in the past, but never managed to find any albums from them at a reasonable price. I definitely will continue my search after this comment though! Big smile

In that case please think before creating a Poll in the Prog Lounge again... if it's not about PROG it does not belong there. Stern Smile

I'm a bit surprised...it really sounds to me like you're been listeing to UFO and Hinten all the time. Those are also the ones to get first if you're interested.

Same here - I always dreamed of playing bass guitar and keyboards (but not at the same time).

I play guitar and bass mainly, but I am also classically-trained on percussion. I play timpani quite well, and I used to perform with a couple of regional orchestras. However, I am average on the drum kit and below average on keyboards.
