I still need Sung Tongs but I still can't get enough of Feels and Strawberry Jam (got both on vinyl for $15), so why rush it?

The same is true of STC.

I would have crashed NEARfest if there were at least three bands I liked but Konjeahalwhatever and Peter Hammill were not enough to bring me out there.  Even though Hammill and Tatsuya Yoshida are two of my heroes.

I didn't catch the preshow, couldn't get a ticket plus I'm not to into Fish or Synergy so it wasn't that disappointing.  The other bands were great, but I wasn't crazy about Discipline, Radio Massacre International was a lot better than I was expecting and one of my favorites there, although Banco/Hammill/Koenjihyakkei were my favorite.  It's cool meeting a lot of the people, whether they're people from bands or just random prog nerds.  Plus they had cheap CDs (I know STC doesn't like buying CDs) and pretty much everything available that isn't way out of print I could think of.  I payed $124 for a ticket, so worth it, especially since I don't get to see much else live.

And Yoshida was pretty antisocial, although very RIO.  Most of Koenjihyakkei didn't speak English, but I (tried) to get in a conversation with the saxophone chick from them when she was at the ReR vender, buying Henry Cow CDs.  Dave Kerman from ReR is so nice, he gave me the Magma single free plus most CDs I bought there (8/10 of all I bought) he discounted me $3-8. :D

I've always wanted to meet Kerman.  He seems like a really nice dude.  After all, he does run a non-profit record label for the artists' and customers' benefits.

I'm going to an MLG tournament tomorrow for Halo 3. Super short notice. The winner can win up to $250,000 a year in sponsorships and such.

Maye your prom be free from alcohol-induced pukage and babies born in bathrooms.

No one puked or was born to my knowledge.  Prom was intense. I didn't have one sincere action and that's the way I like it. Seriously, it owned even though I expected to hate it.

Except D'yer Maker and The Crunge and Dancing Days (it's good on How the West Was Won but sucks on Houses), yes.  But that's like 5/8, which is hardly perfect.

The Crunge is good, Dancing Days is pretty good, and D'Yer Maker is alright. But still, everything else is amazing.

I think both of us will agree, however, that krautrock is awesome.

That's the name, don't wear it out.

I'd like to bring up German Oak again. And how you should listen to them.

I'd like to listen to your suggestion but forget it before I actually do it like I did last time.
