Also, practicing everyday with a metronome can mean the difference between whether you are in time for a particular day or not. As much as practicing everyday just ain't STC style, it seriously saves lots of having to re-record crap if your hands actually have a better in built muscle memory for good timing.

Ehh, I practice more than two members of my band combined, and at least twice as much as my bassist, hence why we play songs with easy drums (cos out drummer is kinda meh) and always putting me down as the soloist, cos well, I actually practice.
