You are a shirt guru. I need to order a hard drive so I can begin the process of ripping my CDs.

Let's see, I've got:
A few old Rolling Stones ones
Rush
Yes
King Crimson
Henry Cow
Kayo Dot
NEU!
Ash Ra Tempel
John Coltrane
Magma
A new hard drive, eh? Minimalism has always suited me well.

I meant to write "Charmeleon" but Chameleon came out
I suppose it's sort of neato to wear a homage to a forum-poster too
anyway it's a charizard

When it comes to first bands that someone likes, I'd say Weezer is a damn fine choice. Without them and The White Stripes, there'd be no way that I'd be here today.

I suppose that's their one redeeming quality, Dan.
And thanks, Pat. I do love me some Dagmar.

Nope, sadly, but Casablanca Moon basically tops my list.
I did pick up a Dagmar solo album, though, which is very nice.

Argh, I've been meaning to get Sirens And Silences/Work Resumed On The Tower for ages. Are you starting to become a RIO fan? Always a good thing.
Also, Chris looks a tad squished in that pixellated box of his...

I'm dipping my toe into the RIO pool...bit apprehensive about the whole chamber rock scene, but I'm willing to give everything a shot.
FWIW, I prefer Letters Home, love Wyatt on it.

I'd say you should go with Samla Mammas Manna next, if you want to see a bit of the goofier side of RIO. They're only avant-ish occasionally, and some moments of Måltid are very pretty. Check the sample on the site; I laughed my ass off the first time I heard it.

Oh, they added a new one? I meant 'Syster System'. But I'll check that one out too.

They have a few...but the "Syster System" was there and yes was very goofy.
