GTA IV is simply incredible.I am taking a break after playing for 5 hours and I must say that R* hit a home run with this game.Getting used to all the new features and control schemes took awhile, but I am finally getting the hang of it.The cell phone system is awesome, and I have had a ball with the mini-games.I took this girl Michelle on a few dates and we went bowling(she kicked my ass),played some pool in a Rasta bar(I smoked her,3 games out of 3).Roman whipped me but good in darts though.
@Teo....can you understand ANYTHING Little Jacob says??I sure can't.
And don't go into Francis International Airport yet.I drove onto the runways in a PCJ-600 and all hell broke loose.4 star wanted level, cops,FBI AND Immigration all over my ass,and they wasted me.It was my first and only death so far.
The enviroment is so detailed it is UNREAL. Edited by TheProgtologist - April 29 2008 at 05:20 |

That is the station I really like. The Genesis song is Mama though.Too much hip hop and crap on the other stations.I have been listening to the hardcore station, the classic rock station, and all of the talk stations(that stuff had me cracking up).

I've been playing Neverwinter Nights a lot recently. Plus I was playing a few months back Baldur's Gate: Wizards of the Sword Coast with BG Tutu, which makes the game even better than the original! I must return to BG II and Planescape: Torment in the future too, because I've yet to complete them. I did complete BG many years ago (but not the Wizards of the Sword Coast expansion, which my mate completed instead). I will visit Ulgoth's Beard and the big castle whose name escapes me for the moment. I'm also going to return back to SNES and finish the Lufia games. I love those two games and they're underrated in my opinion. I also have to finish FFI/IV, FFII/V and FFIII/VI. Edited by James - April 29 2008 at 05:39 |

Just heard the Gong track Heavy Tune on a station called Fusion Radio. The lead-in for the station is..."What do you get when 4 geniuses all solo at the same time?.....JAZZ!!!"

Run and get it if you can!!!
I got it at the midnight release and have only slept for 4 hours since then.I have taken the occasional break to eat, shower and stretch a bit(and check the forum),but other than that I have done nothing but play GTA IV.
My wife excused me from all responsibilities for a few days, and told me to enjoy my "vacation".I'll pay for it later.

Woohoo, I just won a rather rare (in the UK at least) Gameboy Advance game on ebay, Final Fantasy VI Advance.
£10 plus shipping for a boxed US version (no manual though) is incredibly good since the only store near me that sells decent GBA games has a poor condition Japanese version for £25 without the box or manual. I could probably have got it for less but I went for a buy it now item so I don't have to stay up until 2 in the morning to find out whether I've won or not. As much as I'd love to get GTA IV, I know there is basically no chance of me getting it for a very long time due to it flying off the shelves so fast.

It's nice to see so many gamers here I just finished replaying Mega Man X3 a bit earlier.
I'm very curious about this game. I really dug all the past GTA games, (pretty much every one that's been released) but near the end of San Andreas, i started to get a feeling of tedium. I'm just wondering if you've formed an opinion yet on whether missions in this installment have a fresh feeling, and if it's as challenging as the past games?
Have you played VI? I find it very similar to IX in alot of ways. IX and VI are probably my fav. FF games.
Amazing games. Those have seriously gotta my fav. Zelda installments. Between the superbly designed puzzles and boss battles, they're the definitive compositions of everything that makes the Zelda series so great to me. Edited by Dominic - May 02 2008 at 05:20 |

The copy of FF6 Advance I won on ebay arrived today, I've already started a game, so far it looks like the story and gameplay are going to be excellent but that's to be expected from any Final Fantasy.

Is that anything like the classic SNES FF6?
I remember trying Lufia for the GBA and was terrible compared to the SNES games, which are stone cold classics, as far as I'm concerned. The best RPG for SNES is arguably Seiken Densetsu 3, such a wonderful game. |

It's a direct port of the SNES game with a few more dungeons and espers. The only downside is possibly the small screen but that could be fixed by playing it through the Gamecube GBA adaptor.

I've got the original translated Japanese version which has more in it than the American release, plus I have the PS port of it as well, which has a few extra bits.
Playing on PS is slower than playing it on SNES though. Oooh, Game have Neverwinter Nights 2 and Expansion... there's two Game's in my town, so one of them should have it! I may take a wander into town next week, because my laptop will arrive around the 9th, so I'll have something to play on it. I'll have to wait for Oblivion and Expansion, most likely. I won't get a console ... so I'll have to wait for the PC version. But since I'm getting a new computer which will be capable of running the game, I'll definitely get it! |

I'm a crazy lunatic. I bought the game at 12:00 tuesday morning and now.. I haven't almost played it because, as I'm really mental, I HAVE to finish the game I was playing, which is a long spanish league in PESoccer2008... I just can't stop that and start playing another game... I just can't. That is a mania of some sort... I have some manic disorder... You don't know how much I crave for playing GTAIV after I played a few minutes on tuesday at 1 am... but no, I just can't let a game unfinished... Man.. I really belong in an institution or something...

I think I'm completely mad too, I just bought Final Fantasy 4 Advance, splitting my time between 4 and 6 is going to be entertaining, plus I want to get the GBA versions of 1,2 and 5 at some point too.....
