Oh, and Jake, how didn't you know about Reggae? It's part of the Berlin Wall, which will be smooth-ish reggae which will extremely suddenly jump to messily aggressive metal (simple metal, of course). It will be the transition song form the commie side to the anarchy side.

Regardless, I have no idea how to play reggae.

We can't have a reggae song without bass, man. If you can't think of anything interesting to do, just find the root of whatever chords Dylan is playing (he said it was a similar chord progression to Autumn Leaves) and just play it at the start of the chord. Do anything, as long as there's bass, I'm happy.
