I Love Kayo Dot, and B..tA, but you really need to just drill the CoL, Somewhwere along the highway is climbing my favirote metal albums list fast. Marching to the heartbeats and Finland are the two greatest one, two opening tracks EVER! 
 
At first I didnt like them, but after X many listens, I was hooked.

Actually, I worked out what to do with post metal. I gave away my Isis CDs to hardcore kids except for Mosquito Control and Sawblade which are doom enough to not be trendy =P
