And maybe after that try some No-Man's Housewives Hooked On Heroin.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

I'm not going mad, I am mad... with rage.

I am today anyhow.  Yesterday I was feeling good though.

To the drugs/sex/violence crowd: these are all methods of temporary relief. I can generate highs like everyone else, but they're just reprieves from the unbearable. What I'm worried about is the long-term effects of being furious at everything, so just finding ways to ignore how I really feel solves nothing. Perhaps other people are content to seem to function while secretly being berserk but that's certainly not how I want to be.

The idea I like most is going on long walks, but that's something I do anyway. Still it's a start - I think the key is to go on a walk and to not come back, since perhaps it's how I live right now that annoys me; I'm nominally content to sit around not really affecting anything. Throwing everything away would mean I'd be driven by necessity - that'd be a huge change...

(sorry for being emo.) ;P

Work out.

And think you just might die sooner rather than later, so it's not worth getting upset about ... pretty much anything.

Works for me.

Walks are a good start. Take some courses, do things outside... the busier you are, the less time you have to think about what's bugging you.

Then you actually gotta like....do stuff....can't have that.Tongue

I too find I get more upset at various things around me more often than I used to. Most of which relates to people and their being asses. Seriously, the more time I spend with large groups of "the masses" the worse I seem to get. And If I really start to think about things, it gets worse. However, anger usally turns into a depression for me, so my pissed off periods are usually shorter. How do I sublimate? Well...playing drums always helps. Really can bang the crap out of those babies. Hitting things in general helps too...but most things can break/hurt your hands (thought I almost broke my hand after hitting a table once). Depression is a harder creature for me to break however.

Even with the guff I gave the above keeping busy is good. At least, keep your mind busy. Write music/stories/etc, play chess, read...something to keep the forces at bay. The world is a terrible place, blocking it out is essential for happiness IMO. Can that really be done though? I don't think so. So distractions are just as essential. Enjoy the good you can find...perhaps the secret is to extract as much good you can at once and just ignore the rest. Doesn't sounds healthy to me either though.

At least youre not in denial. Wink

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.
